Lash Extensions Pre-Care Advice

To get the best results from your lash extensions, please follow these simple steps before your appointment:

• Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes – no mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, or under-eye products.

• Avoid oily skincare products around the eye area for 24 hours prior.

• Do not curl your natural lashes on the day of your appointment.

• Avoid caffeine beforehand to help keep your eyes relaxed during the treatment.

• Ensure your lashes are washed and fully dried before you arrive.

• Remove contact lenses before the appointment if you wear them.

• Plan your time – lash extensions can take 1.5 to 2 hours, so please arrive ready to relax.

To keep your lash extensions looking their best and lasting as long as possible, please follow these aftercare tips:

• Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours – no water, steam, saunas, or heavy workouts.

• Avoid oil-based products around the eyes, as they can break down the adhesive.

• Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser to prevent buildup and keep them healthy.

• Do not rub, pick, or pull your extensions.

• Avoid sleeping on your face to prevent lashes from twisting or shedding early.

• Skip waterproof mascara and eyeliner – they’re too harsh on extensions.

• Brush your lashes gently with a clean spoolie to keep them neat and fluffy.

• Book regular infills every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full, fresh look.
