Microneedling Facial

Stop retinol, acids (AHA/BHA), vitamin C & exfoliants for 3–5 days.

Avoid sun exposure & tanning for 24–48 hours.

Avoid alcohol, aspirin & ibuprofen for 3–5 days (if safe for you).

No waxing, threading or hair removal 24–48 hours before.

Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, SPF, oils or heavy products.

Stay hydrated the day before and day of treatment.

Reschedule if you have active acne or a cold sore.

Tell your practitioner if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or had recent cosmetic treatments.

1. Expect redness & sensitivity for 24–48 hours.
2. Avoid makeup for 24 hours.
3. No sweating, gym, steam rooms or saunas for 48 hours.
4. Avoid sun exposure & always wear SPF 30+ once skin allows.
5. Use only gentle cleanser & hydrating products for 3–5 days.
6. Do not use retinol, acids, vitamin C or exfoliants for 5–7 days.
7. Do not pick, scratch or rub the skin.
8. Avoid waxing or any hair removal on the area for 7 days.
9. Keep skin clean — avoid touching the face with unwashed hands.
10. Stay hydrated and allow skin to recover naturally.
